How can I make a return?
If you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it FREE with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
*Please note that products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’ve had any issues with an item, please enter our return center and follow the instructions.
You simply will need to:
- Download and print the returns label.
- Pack all the returned items, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label to the box (You can use the box the items arrived in, or another box if you prefer).
- Take it to a USPS post office near you.
You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items and when a refund is issued.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders! Currently, we are only shipping in the United States and Canada.

How do I take care of my Neutrall glassware?
Neutrall cups are made of durable, upcycled glass. Just like other glass products, you should always handle them with care. You can hand wash your cups with dish soap, or you can put them in a dishwasher.
How much liquid do Neutrall TWIN glass cups hold?
Our TWIN cups hold 8 ounces each - 236 mL.
How should I discard the product packaging?
The Greencell foam box inserts are made of corn starch. They are biodegradable and compostable. Under cold or warm running tap water, they dissolve completely in a couple of minutes. To dispose of the Kraft box, placed it in the recyclables bin.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can try to correct it. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number, and corrected shipping address.
